Pretty Worthless
I bought this at a Verizon store because they told me it had free replacements for the life of my phone. It broke in three days (it was in my purse, not squished or dropped). It’s not free, you have to pay $10 to get a replacement. You would be better off buying a cheap version and just buying new ones each time it breaks. Maybe the fee would be worth it if the screen protector was actually worth the money, but it really, really isn’t.

Nope
Nope. Extremely low quality protector, each has broken/cracked after not very long with normal phone use. The increased replacement fee is now $10. You can get a low-quality screen protector like this one for way less than $10. And it’s way easier to just buy a new screen protector every time. I Plan to find a higher quality brand.

Very disappointed....I have always used Zagg products.....I'm not sure what has happened, but the quality of the screen protector has drastically gone down hill..I have ordered 2 of them this past week, and neither one have stuck to my phone....sadly enough, they can't be returned....I wish I hadn't put so much faith in this product...now I am out the money....

Zagg screen protectors warp & bubble
Bought two Zagg screen protectors for two Samsung S22 Ultra phones. I followed the directions and applied the protectors as carefully as possible. They both got warped during application so that there's no possible way to squeegee out the bubbles (where the protectors are warped). I can't believe both products failed. Warranty replacements cost $10 each for shipping & handling and may fail too. What a waste of money.

Complete rip-off
My ZAGG screen protector cost about $26. In less than a year it was broken. I looked into getting a new one through their “lifetime FREE replacement” guarantee. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE. $10 to send a new one so I drove to a local store to save the postage.. No. they charge $10 at the store for “installation fee”. It’s the most ridiculous company I’ve ever bought from. Never again…and I’m telling all my friends.

Charged shipping fee for a broken powerbank
A few days ago I bought a mophie powerstation. We have been using mophie products for over five years and nothing ever went wrong, until we made the mistake of buying at ZAGG. After unboxing the powerbank we found that it was broken. I contacted customer service about it and they told me I had to pay a shipping fee for a broken product they sent. Absolutely ridiculous! Even after pointing out that in the EU, the company has to pay for the replacement including shipping, they still wouldn’t waive the shipping fee. They don’t care about the customer… Never buying here again.

Management refuses to ship me my new product I paid for
More than once, I have ordered a brand new screen protector (one for my iPhone 12 pro max, and one for a galaxy s20+), and both times the management team canceled my order even though they got my money. They claim it's because I need to show proof of purchase for an item I didn't purchase in order for the new purchases to go through. Since when does any company on earth require proof of purchase for something they didn't purchase in order for current purchases to go through? Exactly. No company because it's unethical and doesn't even make sense. Be very aware of the terrible management. I've reported Zagg to BBB and will be reaching out to the attorney General as well. It's a shame because their products are superior.

Do not purchase their product for the "Limited Lifetime Warranty"
So I purchased a zagg screen protector from the AT&T store...I have had it for about 4 months. The left side is coming up and it has scratches. I thought wow it has a free limited lifetime replacement warranty as long as you still have the phone.
Lol...yeah it's a joke...they want you to pay 9.99 for the cheapest shipping..SERIOUSLY when it's just a film and could be sent in a letter envelope! So why would anyone actually use this? It's a total rip off! I paid 9.99 for it...so technically if I have to pay the 9.99 again (shipping cost) then can you really call it a free replacement? NO!

Waste of money
Waste of money. I purchased new phones for our family and got Zagg screen protectors. My phone chipped and cracked at the edge within the first month. I had registered the product w/ Zagg so I went on line for warranty and was shocked when the tried to charge me $10 for S&H on a replacement glass. This is terrible. I bought a 4 pack of another brand on line for $6.99 w/ free shipping. Zagg was a trusted and respected name in the past (i own a ipad case now) but I will NEVER buy their overpriced junk again.
I really thought this screen protector…
I really thought this screen protector would be worth the money we paid for it… unfortunately that was not the case. The first day I bought my brand new phone I got this screen protector. I dropped it in the grass while walking and it shattered. Now every time my phone hits the littlest bit wrong it shatters even more. Not worth the money I’ve had dollar store screen protectors last longer.

Says life time warranty but can’t…
Says life time warranty but can’t register with a uk address or sort a replacement out in uk for the screen protector
They say lifetime WARRANTY
They say lifetime WARRANTY? You have to pay for shipping. So might as well go to a store
No longer a user friendly company…
We have used Zagg screen protectors for years. Never had a problem with them - high quality product that lasted, and when necessary returns were very easy. That is no longer the case! The quality of the product has declined, and the return process is now very difficult. Almost as if they want you to just give up.

Tried to install an invisibleshield for a Samsung S22. The instuctions that followed with product were extremely poorly written, and the video instruction on their Youtube channel had a product that didn't quite match the one delivered. Installing the shield was a nightmare. Also, I am still not sure I've fitted it correctly. I would strongly recommend not buying their invisibleshield.

Cheap screens, brutal service, useless warranty. AVOID
I bought this InvisibleShield with warranty less than a year ago, and had to replace it not once but twice. The first replacement they charged me for delivery, and I was sent out a cheap plastic cover for the screen. They eventually sent out the proper InvisibleShield screen, but after applying that, it’s peeling off already.
Their service is dreadful. They talk of extended exceptions and unique codes which mean little or nothing to the customer. They are asking for me to pay for delivery which I refuse to do on principal. I’d have nearly bought two protective screens at this rate.
